That's me on the left there.....just a guy from Drexel Hill. A guy that was spoiled by the fruits of this little piece of Delaware County. Spoiled by countless railings to slide down on my skateboard when I was younger....spoiled by "Prendie" girls that gathered in groups segregated by thier individual class rating....spoiled by the fact that Wawa ran 7 Eleven right out of town....I always hated that 7 Eleven.....but when it all comes down to it, this place has built me who I am today.....people have said that if there was a mayor to be had for the Hill it should be me....well, cast your votes or write me in when the time comes. | |||||||||||||||||||

Not that it's all that interesting but to get me in a tie and actually capture a snapshot of it made it worthy enough to post. This is me attending a work related conference in Orlando, Fla. over the summer. Just a boy from Drexel Hill...an alumnus of all the finest teaching facilities to be had...Garrettford Elementary (which also served as the headquarters for the G boys throughout adolescence), Drexel Hill Middle School, and Upper Darby High School...all fine institutions that instilled in me the drive to attend college in the ghetto of North Philadelphia. | |||||||||||||||||||

The legend of the man in the window on the outskirts of the fine private apartment community, Drexelbrook, has always been one of mystery. Rumers that he's waiting for his brother to arrive from Vietman have been lingering for years in old Drexel Hill urban legends. A close source...a neighbor, says that his brother was arrested for arson years ago and was sentenced to a long jaunt in the big house. Since that sentencing the man in the window has been waiting for his brother to return. Believe it or not? | |||||||||||||||||||
